Limitation Periods/Charging Orders (Nov 2005)

In a case which has been of interest to banks and other lending institutions (and their professional advisers), Lindsay J in Doodes v Gotham [2005] EWHC 2575 (Ch); The Times, 25th November 2005 has clarified the application of limitation periods to the enforcement of Charging Orders and equitable charges generally.
