Stuart Paley joined Hailsham Chambers in 2009 having commenced his clerking career in 2002 with Monckton Chambers. He is an integral part of the clerking team, supporting both Stephen and Michael in the day to day running of Chambers. Stuart is the first point of contact for Direct Public Access and Conditional Fee work and has specific responsibility for fixing court hearings for all members and has knowledge of listing procedures in all courts. He is a member of the Institute of Barristers' Clerks.
