Fiona Neale

Fiona specialises in clinical negligence claims and disciplinary cases. She has extensive experience acting for claimants and defendants in a wide range of cases including numerous high value claims.

Her professional disciplinary work  includes cases before the General Medical Council (both prosecuting and defending) and at the General Dental Council. Fiona is highly experienced in cases involving medical ethics (consent in the context of drug trials) and Inquests (Coroner`s Court, Families, Trusts and Medical Defence Organisations).
