Hailsham ranked as leading set in all our main practice areas, Chambers UK 2009

Hailsham Chambers has once again received excellent reveiws in the recently published, Chambers UK 2009.

The recently published 2009 edition of Chambers UK continues to recommend Hailsham Chambers for our main practice areas: costs; professional negligence; clinical negligence; and professional discipline.

We have maintained our band one ranking for costs and are recognised as one of the the top costs sets in London and Alexander Hutton retains his top band status.  Michael Pooles QC, Andrew Post and Jamie Carpenter are also ranked as leaders.

In professional negligence, Michael Pooles QC maintains his band one position while William Flenley and Derek Holwill are rated two of the top five juniors in the country.  Francis Bacon, Spike Charlwood, Simon Wilton and Paul Mitchell are also ranked as leading juniors.

Top QC, Martin Spencer, remains in the top band for clinical negligence, while David Pittaway QC, Jane Tracy Forster, Tejina Mangat, Jane Mishcon, Andrew Post and Alexander Hutton have all moved up in the rankings.  Derek Holwill and Nicholas Peacock are also ranked as leaders.

We are also ranked for professional discipline.  This year Karen Johnson joins David Pittaway QC and Nicholas Peacock as leaders.
