Head of marketing awarded fellowship
August 2010
Richard Rodger, the senior marketer who joined Hailsham Chambers earlier this year, has accepted an invitation to become a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM), Europe's professional home for marketers who focus on building stakeholder relationships through the timely delivery of relevant communication across all appropriate media.
The IDM's gold-standard qualification (FIDM) is solely by invitation of the Institute's Professional Standards Board. Senior practitioners are invited to fellowship based on a combination of high academic achievement, substantial practical experience and their contribution to the profession.
Commenting on his achievement of fellowship Richard said: "I was delighted to have been nominated and I accept the Board's invitation with thanks.
"In such a fast-paced and dynamic environment, fellowship of the Institute will support my continuing professional development, keeping me attuned to changes which - for Hailsham's clients - will help ensure the ongoing delivery of information about the services and resources that are most likely to support them."
