Whistleblowing - Panorama Nurse

David Pittaway QC and Karen Johnson have been instructed by the RCN to represent Margaret Haywood in an appeal to the Administrative Court from the decision of the NMC to strike her off the register for the covert filming of patients at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton later broadcast in a BBC Panorama programme. The appeal was lodged at the High Court on Monday 11 May 2009.
