Joshua Munro acts for Lord Coleridge in negligence claim against Sotheby's auction house
February 2012 - Joshua Munro is representing the peer, Lord Coleridge, in a high profile claim against one of the country's best-known auction houses.
The claim results from the alleged undervaluation of a rare piece of jewellery, the 'Coleridge Collar', which has been described by rival auctioneers Christie's as a "fascinating piece of history, both as a work of art and also as a rare Tudor relic".
Following a five-day hearing at London's High Court, Judge Mark Pelling QC is now being asked to rule on the collar's value.
