Hailsham Chambers is widely recognised as a first-rate, leading set of barristers’ chambers providing excellence across the entire range of services we offer. We specialise in the fields of medical law, professional negligence and costs as well as regulatory and disciplinary, employment, personal injury and commercial litigation.

We are a progressive, commercially-minded yet friendly set. We are highly recommended in the major legal directories and many of our members are recognised as leaders in their field.

We are seeking to strengthen and enhance our existing capabilities by inviting applications for tenancy from practitioners with established practices. Successful applicants are likely to be at least 3 years’ call, but we are willing to consider anyone with a qualifying practice.
