On Wednesday 7 October, at 1.00pm, Eva Ferguson and Bramble Badenach-Nicolson are hosting an online seminar: 'Back to School with Hailsham: Clinical Negligence Legal Update 2025-26'.
Eva and Bramble will deliver an update on the key clinical negligence cases from autumn 2025 onwards, touching on all the key topics: procedure, scope / breach of duty, 'secondary victims’, causation, contributory negligence, quantum, fundamental dishonesty, Fatal Accidents Act, fact-specific decisions, experts, costs and interim payments.
A bundle of case notes covering all cases will be sent out to attendees after the talk.
