Having undertaken its exacting Mediation Skills Training course over the summer Dominic Nolan KC has now become a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
Having participated in numerous mediations as counsel Dominic now intends to develop a practice as a mediator focusing principally on the areas of catastrophic personal injury and complex clinical negligence claims in which he has specialised for many years.
