On 2 December 2022 David Pittaway KC spoke at a blue-sky thinking conference organised by Professor Ahmed of the University of Leicester’s Law Department on The Role of [A]DR and Neutral Evaluation in the Reformed Civil Justice System of England and Wales. The keynote speaker was Sir Geoffrey Vos, Master of the Rolls, who attended and spoke on digital justice. Other speakers and panel members included Professor Paul Almond, Professor Pablo Cortes, Master McCloud, Peter Freeman, Temple Garden Chambers, and representatives of APIL and FOIL.
David’s practice now focuses on mediation and neutral evaluation, where he is instructed across in a wide range of claims, including professional indemnity, clinical negligence, and personal injury cases.
