Since last month's seminar on solicitor and client costs, with Dan Stacey and Andrew Hogan, the Civil Justice Council Working Group has published its consultation report on reform to the Solicitors Act 1974.
The proposals if adopted, could radically change the legal landscape of solicitor and client costs disputes. This seminar considers the proposals, and the practical changes consequences that will follow.
